Home Inspection Observations:

Soil was noted to be near bottom of plaster (weep screed) at several locations. Suggest maintaining 4-6" clearance at soil areas to prevent moisture traveling into walls.
Areas on west side of the house may not drain properly. Soil should be sloped away from the house for 10' for best longevity of house.
Swale for planter drainage blocked by brick planter.
Back walk drain to under deck. It is recommended that water drain away from home. The installation of a drainage system to route water away from the house is recommended.
Gutter guards poorly installed and need repair.
Gutters need cleaning throughout.
Brick planter is cracked at front walk.
