11. Fencing and Gates

Home Inspection Observations:

While fencing is not part of our standard inspection a quick review was made and some issues were noted.
Fencing supported by metal posts on east and south sides. This suggest that the wood post have failed and supplemental support has been installed.
Porch gate rubs when closed.
Side gate needs replacement.
Fencing at gate needs repair/ replacement.
Fencing needs repairs throughout. Suggest review by licensed fencing contractor.
